HR Strategies and Solutions: Keys to Creating an Effective Strategic HR Plan
Course Description
Strategic HR planning is mission critical to today's business organization, particularly as we recognize that organizations can create competitive advantages through people. This dynamic program will provide participants with insights into how to assure alignment with the organization's strategy and business plans and an overview of the key components of an effective HR strategic plan. Topics include the value of managing human capital effectively, managing talent, HR metrics, elements of a high performance culture, and implementing the strategic HR plan.
HR Certification Institute Continuing Education Credit
HR Certification Institute has pre-approved this program and awards 6.5 hours of HRCI credit for PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification. Application for award of HRCI Strategic Management credit is pending.
