It is the candidate's responsibility to confirm they meet the examination and eligibility requirements of the Green Building Certification Institute www.gbci.com prior to enrolling in this course.  NIU Outreach and Everblue Training Institute provide courses to help candidates prepare for the examinations, but assume no responsibility or authority for the eligibility, application and admission of candidates, examination processes or award of credentials.

The Everblue LEED AP Homes Exam Prep course includes live, in-class instruction with a complete review of LEED credit categories, LEED rating systems, and the LEED building certification process, hundreds of simulated exam questions, a practice exam, worksheets and strategies for passing the exam.

Course Price

  • December 3-4, 2009 course - $645 regular and $595 alumni; after 11/19/09 - $150 late registration fee will be assessed to the fee.
  • May 6-7, 2010 course - $645 regular,$595 alumni, and $595/person group rate; after 4/22/10 - $150 late registration fee will be assessed to the fee.

Continuing Education Credit - 14 hours

Sustainable Design and Development Certificate Candidates may take this course to satisfy 14 hours of the Part 3 Certificate Electives requirement
