Basics of LEED Consulting - Strategies

This course provides participants with practical training for LEED New Construction certification.  Using LEED online, case study/samples and other tools, the course is designed to provide an overview of LEED New Construction requirements for projects.  It will also help participants evaluate the challenges in design and construction in the field. 

This course is offered in partnership with NIU Outreach and Everblue Training Institute.  Everblue Training is an official education provider for the U.S. Green Building Council and approved by the American Institute of Architecture (AIA).

Sustainable Design and Development Certificate Candidates may take this course to satisfy 4 hours of the Part 3 Certificate Electives requirement
