Basics of Solar

This course explores the theory behind solar energy as applied to today's sustainable environment. 

Topics include

• Net metering
• Tax incentives
• Grid-tied and off-grid solar systems

This course is offered in partnership with NIU Outreach and Everblue Training Institute.  Everblue Training is an official education provider for the U.S. Green Building Council and approved by the American Institute of Architecture (AIA).
