Quality Assessment and Innovation An IFMA Based Competency Course

Make an immediate impact at your facility by learning and practicing tools to implement quality services that result in reduced costs.  These tools assist in analyzing work processes, measuring customer satisfaction, benchmarking services and auditing work processes. 

Design an SIPOC diagram identifying all relevant elements of a work process and prepare an interrelationship work flow chart showing the interactions of work processes. A brief review about the history of the quality movement enhances the learning experience, as well as an explanation of quality certification and recognition programs.
