The reality of planning and construction in today’s rapidly changing environment is quite complex.
Comprehending the requirements involved in developing facility plans and managing programming and design through construction and relocations allow facility managers to be successful. Management of individual projects is part of the greater context of business operations that is based on an overall business or corporate strategy.
