Human and Environmental Factors - An IFMA Based Competency Course

Human & Environmental Factors addresses the issues organizations face in their recruitment and retention of the best employees while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

Gain a greater understanding of the interconnection between basic human and environmental factors—such as temperature, light, sound, air quality, ergonomics and psychosocial dynamics—and the gained productivity of an organization when these factors are understood and addressed.
