Your role as a facility manager requires a significant focus on financial planning and execution of a budget for the most effective use of the company’s financial interests in a property.
This course introduces various key components of managing a corporate facility budget, including accounting, financial and economic principles and procedures to manage the finances of the facility management function. Control of expenses and long-term planning are also discussed.
This course provides a demonstration of basic principles and techniques and is not a replacement for college courses in fundamentals, concepts or principles of financial management.
